You can delete your PackPitara account at any time.
In the app
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. You are logged out immediately. An account cannot be deleted while one of its orders is still open (not yet delivered, paid or cancelled).
Without the app
Email packpitara@gmail.com or call +91 99844 74927 from your registered mobile number and ask us to delete your account. We complete requests within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your login, mobile number, name, GSTIN, email and notification tokens are removed, and your saved delivery addresses are deleted (an address used in a past order stays only as part of that order record).
- Backup copies containing your details are deleted automatically within 30 days.
- Order records and GST invoices (with the business name and delivery address on them) are kept, because tax law requires us to keep them (currently at least 6 years). They are not used for anything else.
To use the app again later, simply sign up again.
