These terms apply to purchases from Sandhaan India Packaging (Proprietor: Shikhar Rastogi) ("we", "us") through our mobile app and website. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who can buy
We sell to businesses and shops for their business use. You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. A GSTIN is optional: if you give one, we verify it before your account can place orders and your invoices show it; without one, you get a regular GST invoice without a buyer GSTIN. We may refuse or suspend an account at our discretion.
2. Prices and quantities
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate on the invoice.
- Each product has a minimum order quantity. Bulk prices apply as shown in the app for the quantity ordered.
- The price that applies is the one confirmed when the order is placed. Prices may change for new orders without notice.
- Orders are subject to stock availability.
3. Payment
- Online: UPI through our payment partner Razorpay. Online orders are confirmed only after the payment succeeds; unpaid online orders are cancelled automatically after a short time.
- Pay on delivery: cash or UPI QR at delivery, available for orders up to the limit shown in the app.
We do not offer credit. We never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or card details over phone or chat.
4. Delivery
We deliver only within our service area (pincodes shown in the app), using our own staff. See our Delivery Policy.

6. Invoices
A GST tax invoice is issued for every order when it is dispatched and is available in the app.
7. Your account
One account is linked to one business (or shop) and one mobile number. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see Delete account.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow have exclusive jurisdiction.
