- Service area: we deliver only to the pincodes listed in the app (in and around Lucknow). The app checks your pincode before you order.
- Who delivers: our own delivery staff. We do not use courier companies.
- When: usually within 1 to 3 working days after your order is confirmed. Bulk orders may take longer depending on stock; we will call you if so.
- Charges: no separate delivery charge unless shown in the app before you order.
- Tracking: the app shows each step — placed, confirmed, out for delivery and delivered — and sends notifications.
- At delivery: please have someone available to receive and check the goods. For pay-on-delivery orders, pay the delivery staff by cash or the UPI QR they show.
- Missed delivery: if nobody is available, we will contact you and deliver on another day.
